We started this practice after repeatedly being called into breaches where the technical controls were fine and the failure was a propped-open door, a shared fob or a contractor with standing admin access. Security kept failing in the seams between specialities.

So we built a practice that covers both surfaces at once — the network and the building — and reports on them in a single prioritised plan instead of two disconnected documents.
